2006/29/03 - Version 1.1 released

Following improvements are made:

  1. OutputCache is now working (Thanks to Dmitry Robsman)
  2. permant-Option removed  (for the old behavior use redirect="Application" and redirectMode="Permanent" within the rule)
  3. Redirect possible to Domains
  4. Code optimizing
